About The Artists
  • Adam Graham

Adam Graham grew up in Gomshall, Surrey – a small village in South East England. The first art experience he remembers as a boy was being fascinated by an ink painting his Uncle David had drawn which hung in his spare bedroom. The extremely detailed image was based on fantasy and incorporated dragons, woodlands and castles; themes which naturally appealed to a child. Adam soon found himself experimenting with his own doodles in pencil at first, and later fine ink as he found his feet capturing more detail. LEARN MORE

  • David Howell

Dave has been called an interventionist, but not by himself. He is a firm believer that most artists dont know what their art really means.

Dave arrived from the West in 2001 after a varied patchwork of years, to study sculpture at COFA. Working with metal, concrete and other sundry things that fired his imagination he went on to cast his own car from ferro cement. Subsequently winning the Whites Wires sculpture prize he was provided with some more materials useful in the production of masonry artworks. LEARN MORE

  • Julie Pozdeev

Julie Pozdeev is a Canadian born Russian Australian living in Sydney. She is a self-proclaimed dabbler in painting and drawing. And she is forever sketching in work meetings.

Julie enjoys the smell of paint and moving it around the canvas. She tends to use geography, biology and God as the main themes in her art. She has been part of group exhibitions in regional Victoria.

  • Olga Nowicka

Olga Nowicka was born in 1984 in Poland. She came to Australia in 2004 when she was 20, settling in Sydney and becoming an Australian citizen 5 years later.

Interested in creativity as a young person, she would rather go to an Arthouse cinema than be getting up to mischief with her peers. Her early artistic passions included photography, film and theatre and these have endured in her life since. She has studied photography and film and had her first exhibition in 2002 at the age of 18. It featured black and white photography, taken on film and handprinted in a darkroom she had set up with a friend. LEARN MORE
