400 x 730 x 350 mmscrap metal, nuts and bolts, stainless steel, mild steelSoldSharks have always fascinated me with their grace and beauty yet powerful and sometimes aggressive behaviour, from a slow glide to a swift bolt in seconds.

This piece started with a broken sledgehammer I found in a skip bin and was built up using nuts & bolts, a workshop knife, eye bolts & screws then mounted on a stainless steel mannequin stand so that the shark can swim and be posed in different positions.

Created using 100% reclaimed materials this magnificent creature looks best displayed on a table or benchtop under light to cast his fantastic shadow.
What a beauty.
