Her Art/photography
Carrie uses photography and photoshop to tell her stories. Her art can be kind of quirky, fun and whimsical, and she creates most of her characters and landscapes photographing fruit and vegetables.
Biography
Carrie Webster works and lives in Sydney, Australia. Her recent work has been selected as finalist art work in a number of international online photographic & art competitions, and she has more recently been selected to participate in the prestigious Head On Photography Festival in May 2014. A solo exhibition of Carrie’s work was exhibited at the Angel Restaurant in Freshwater, Sydney, in April.
Carrie currently works full-time as a UX specialist in IT. She completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts at COFA in her early twenties, and has since worked in the field of graphic and web design. She also has a Masters degree in Information Architecture. Carrie has had one previous solo art exhibition, and has participated in group exhibitions. Along the way, she has always been creating and working on personal art projects on the side in conjunction with her professional life.
Carrie plans to quit her day job when she becomes famous ;-D
